Overview: Enterprise customers using both ActionIQ and Typeface struggled with fragmented workflows. Creating Audiences in ActionIQ and launching campaigns in Typeface was inefficient, slowing campaign velocity and causing execution errors.
My Role: Led a strategic integration initiative, collaborating with Typeface stakeholders and internal product teams to define workflow improvements and prototype seamless cross-experiences.
Solution: Designed a unified workflow where Audiences from ActionIQ could be imported directly into Typeface, and Typeface templates were accessible in ActionIQ, accelerating campaign execution.
