ActionIQ’s Engineering and Design teams to worked in silos and recreated components from scratch. This led to extended development cycles, fragmented user experiences, and challenges in scaling the product.

I developed the company's first design system through centralized guidelines, components, patterns, and documentation, enabling more efficient collaboration across product design, and engineering. Through extensive UI auditing, building reusable WCAG-compliant Figma libraries, and defining interaction patterns, I accelerated workflows while elevating product quality and user experience.

The design system library significantly reduced design and development time, fostered collaboration through a shared design language, and strengthened the overall user experience. It also accelerated team velocity and supported growth across complex, evolving product initiatives.
