DATA PIPELINE

Overview: Customer data ingestion was fully managed internally, creating bottlenecks with no visibility into workflows, causing delays and support dependency.

My Role: I led design strategy and cross-functional leadership collaboration, defining product vision with leadership, directing user research with data engineers, and guiding rapid prototyping and usability testing with beta customers.

Solution: Launched Source Config, giving data engineers full control over ingestion workflows. This reduced support dependency, accelerated time-to-production, and increased trust among technical users.
